HR Operations Specialist (Russian & English)

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist fluent in Russian and English to manage day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks. You will keep employee data clean, support payroll preparation, and lead internal HR communications in a fully remote, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee profiles and documentation in Workable, supporting onboarding, transfers, terminations and status changes.
• Track working hours, absences and leave records using Uattend, resolving any discrepancies with managers and staff.
• Consolidate and prepare payroll input data for the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Draft and distribute company‑wide HR announcements, serving as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Maintain operational HR databases, generate periodic reports and help optimise workflows and templates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, operations or payroll support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (certifications a plus).
• Fluent Russian and English (C1+), with strong written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Workable (HRIS/ATS) proficiency.
• Uattend time‑tracking system experience.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with task‑management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
