Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑level and executive positions across Europe, Armenia and Brazil. The role is fully remote, ideally within UTC+0 to UTC+3.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes—from intake calls to offer and pre‑boarding handoff—for a portfolio of ~5 vacancies at a time.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, calibrate expectations and improve job specifications.
• Conduct cross‑border hiring for a mix of IT (20%) and non‑IT roles (80%) across Marketing, Risk, Operations, HR, Payments, Customer Support and more.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in iGaming.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1) with native‑level Ukrainian or Russian.
• Comfortable working across multiple countries and time zones and able to challenge hiring managers constructively.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
