About the role
The Driver Recruiter works full‑time on‑site in Chișinău, Moldova, sourcing, screening and hiring qualified drivers for transportation partners supported by C1 Logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage job postings, review applications and conduct driver interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with DOT‑related requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and internal teams to support retention and address concerns.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch to forecast hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
Required profile
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance considerations for driver hiring.
- Experience in driver sourcing, interviewing, evaluating qualifications and managing selection processes.
- Proven ability in driver retention, relationship‑building and engagement.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with drivers, internal teams and external partners.
Required skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency with basic office software.
