Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator

About the role

Safeguard Global is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimise its Service Cloud platform. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will ensure system stability, support enhancements, and assist users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of Salesforce Service Cloud, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules and automation flows.
• Provide frontline support, troubleshoot user issues and manage accounts, permissions and role‑based access.
• Gather business requirements, configure solutions and support testing, validation and deployment of updates.
• Maintain data quality, perform cleanup and enforce governance practices.
• Configure and monitor AI‑powered features such as Agentforce and Einstein AI.
• Collaborate on MuleSoft integrations with Jira, Workday and other platforms, defining, testing and troubleshooting data flows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred.
• Experience supporting Service Cloud environments and basic knowledge of Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with AWS telephony platforms for inbound/outbound contact handling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
