Business Systems & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, technically skilled and proactive Business Systems & Automation Specialist to connect, automate and optimise our business applications and operational processes across multiple SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Connect and integrate SaaS applications using APIs, webhooks, and no‑code/low‑code platforms to ensure accurate data flow.
• Design, implement and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual tasks, including task creation in ClickUp and email‑triggered processes.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports in Power BI or Looker Studio, monitoring KPIs and generating alerts for anomalies.
• Build systems for monitoring employee attendance, compliance and job progress, creating exception reports and automated notifications.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered solutions such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering business process automation and SaaS integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
