Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

About the role

National Retail Solutions is building a next‑generation retail platform and needs a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and implement core backend services and modern front‑end components. The role is based in Minsk with hybrid work, collaborating with teams in Israel, Belarus and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain high‑performance Go microservices and Vue.js front‑end applications.
• Design, model and optimise relational and analytical data stores, including ClickHouse, for real‑time reporting dashboards.
• Build modular micro‑frontend architectures and ensure end‑to‑end ownership of critical system components.
• Drive technical planning, query optimisation, code quality and engineering best practices across the team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in Go (microservices, REST/gRPC) and deep mastery of SQL, query optimisation and data modelling.
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, especially Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API) and micro‑frontend patterns.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
