Remote Appointment Setter (Mental Health)

About the role

Joymind, a hypnotherapy platform connecting clients with certified hypnotherapists, is hiring a fully remote Appointment Setter (Mental Health + Wellness). This is an independent contractor role for proactive professionals who want to combine meaningful conversations with strong appointment-setting skills. The position is open only to candidates based in Moldova.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in Joymind's programs
• Run brief, empathetic intake calls to connect clients to the next step
• Complete live transfers to available Program Experts
• Schedule consultations with Program Experts
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet booked
• Track outreach and appointment activity using Joymind's tools
• Maintain organized records and communication notes

Required profile

• Experience in appointment setting, sales, client services or a wellness-adjacent field
• Clear communicator who makes people feel heard and at ease
• Comfortable having emotionally meaningful conversations
• Self-motivated, organized, reliable and driven by performance
• Able to work well in a remote environment
