Customer Service Representative (Remote, Entry-Level)

About the role

Touch Support is a US‑based technology partner that provides remote customer service for a variety of IT solutions. The role is fully work‑from‑home and open to candidates in Moldova.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone quickly and effectively.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Help and guide customers with technical and billing‑related questions.
• Act as a customer advocate by communicating unique issues and challenges.
• Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty by delivering a personal, outstanding experience.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, as clients are primarily US‑based.
• Passion for helping people and a strong interest in an IT career.
• Readiness to learn quickly and adopt a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support teammates as you grow.
• Ability to work in stable quarterly shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night).
