Remote Appointment Setter (Mental Health & Wellness)

About the role

Joymind is seeking a remote Appointment Setter to engage prospective clients interested in mental health and wellness programs. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, professional impression and guiding prospects toward a consultation with a Program Expert.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct brief, empathetic intake calls.
• Schedule and confirm consultations or perform live transfers to Program Experts.
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet booked and track all activity using Joymind’s tools.
• Maintain organized records and communication notes.

Required profile

• Experience in appointment setting, sales, client services, or a wellness‑adjacent field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make people feel heard and at ease.
• Self‑motivated, organized, reliable, and comfortable having emotionally meaningful conversations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Clear verbal communication.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling and CRM tools.
