Entry-Level Technical IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Technical IT Support Engineer to connect our customers with effective technical solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to diagnose and resolve a variety of client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to clients via email and phone for issues such as password resets, internet connectivity, and email configuration.
• Remotely access client computers to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
• Log all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system with clear documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and identify root causes.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Communicate required information and guidance to clients in a clear, professional manner.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with common applications such as Microsoft Office and web browsers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptable, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle diverse requests.
