Salesforce Administrator

About the role

Immigrant Invest is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the development, optimisation and reliability of its Salesforce environment. The role goes beyond simple implementation, requiring proactive identification of improvement opportunities and the use of AI to automate processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and optimise the Salesforce platform, ensuring security, scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot and optimise Salesforce Flows and other automations to reduce manual work.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks and improve solution quality.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to analyse requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Identify and eliminate duplicate functionality, reduce technical debt and enhance data quality.
• Manage configurations, user access, permissions, integrations and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, assess risks and ensure thorough testing before deployment.
• Document system architecture, automations, business logic and key technical decisions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, security models and system configuration.
• Proactive, independent mindset with the confidence to challenge decisions that may harm the system.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach to prioritisation and testing.
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
