Creatio CRM Developer

About the role

This full‑time Creatio CRM Developer position is based in Chisinau with a hybrid work model, allowing part‑time remote work. You will configure, customize and extend the Creatio platform to support the bank’s customer lifecycle, delivering stable and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑stack development on Creatio: backend business logic in C#, web services, event handlers, and frontend UI configuration (Freedom UI / Classic) with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Implement integrations with banking systems such as ABS, MConnect, Asterisk and S3, and develop BPMN business processes.
• Create printed forms and reports, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and monitor system performance.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience with the Creatio platform and commercial experience in C# .NET and T‑SQL/PL‑SQL development.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, ability to work in a team, and experience in FinTech/banking environments.
