Online Marketing Manager - Mediabuyer (Junior/Medior)

About the role

Adhoq is a digital performance advertising agency founded in Amsterdam in 2018, with remote international teams and more than 70 clients across 50+ countries. It builds user experience funnels and runs campaigns with its own Mediabuying technology and business intelligence tools. The agency is looking for an analytical, creative Mediabuyer with good commercial sense, working remotely from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to meet performance goals and revenue targets.
• Liaise with partners and sales reps, build long-term relationships and make custom deals.
• Analyse data and share hot opportunities and market trends with the team.
• Brainstorm with media managers and colleagues to improve processes.
• Launch new international campaigns every day and stay up to date on industry trends.
• Manage large monthly budgets.

Required profile

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in this field; university or bachelor's degree in marketing or economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, very organised, disciplined and detailed-oriented.
• Self-starter who figures things out independently, flexible to work across time zones.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Required skills

• Good to have: digital marketing and affiliate marketing experience, and knowledge of terms such as CPM, CPC, CPL.
• Proven track record of high-spending accounts.
• Proficiency with Excel; Google Ads and SEO knowledge is a plus.
• Graphic design or Photoshop knowledge is a big plus.
