Technical CRM Specialist – CRM Engine & Integrations

About the role

Own the plumbing behind our customer messaging. You’ll ensure every lifecycle flow, integration and data feed across 20+ shops fires correctly, on time, and to the right person, enabling the marketing team to move fast without breaking things.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase and win‑back across all shops.
• Create and adapt reusable email blocks and HTML/CSS templates.
• Act as the technical partner for the CRM team, turning marketer requests into working templates, dynamic content and segmentation logic.
• Own integrations and data feeds, connecting the CRM platform to shop, order and product data via APIs and connectors.
• Guard email deliverability by managing sender reputation, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), list hygiene and bounce handling.
• Leverage agentic AI to speed up building, QA and documenting flows, integrations and templates.
• Set up monitoring and alerts to catch broken flows before customers notice.

Required profile

• Typically 3+ years in CRM/email operations or marketing technology.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM/ESP platform such as Emarsys, Iterable, Braze or CleverTap.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and shaping data.
• Demonstrable experience using agentic AI in production workflows.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and data mapping.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability (authentication, reputation, list hygiene).
• Reliable daily overlap with European CET hours.
• Working‑level English for a globally distributed team.
