Retention Manager – Chișinău

About the role

We are seeking a Retention Manager to join our team in Chișinău. You will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies across the player lifecycle, from onboarding to win‑back.

Key responsibilities

• Develop retention strategies for onboarding, second deposit, retention, reactivation, and win‑back.
• Segment players and build trigger‑based campaigns across email, SMS, push and other channels.
• Create bonus mechanics, loyalty programmes and gamification activities with product and technical teams.
• Analyse retention metrics, repeat deposits, churn and LTV; run A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage bonus budgets, evaluate ROI and report on key retention KPIs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Retention, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with segmentation, automated campaigns and trigger‑based journeys.
• Understanding of A/B testing, product analytics and retention metrics.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience in iGaming or betting is a plus.
