Junior Recruiter Specialist

About the role

US Software Solutions is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Recruiter Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and help attract top talent. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates and make sure every step of the hiring process is smooth and positive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach
• Run initial phone screens and shortlist qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the database and track recruiting metrics
• Keep communication timely and deliver an excellent candidate experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Good verbal and written English (B2)
• Proactive, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to handle several roles in a fast-paced environment
