German-speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

Join AUTODOC’s growing customer support team in Chișinău to provide German‑language assistance via phone, email and chat. You will be the voice of the company, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer German‑speaking customer inquiries through phone, email and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Resolve issues promptly, document interactions accurately, and maintain comprehensive records in the support system.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate and satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (written and spoken); English proficiency highly desirable.
• Proven experience in customer support or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems and CRM tools.
