Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

US Software Solutions seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to follow up with customers after field services are completed. You will confirm service quality, gather feedback, and ensure any issues are escalated appropriately.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound follow‑up calls to customers after service completion.
• Confirm that work was completed and equipment is functioning properly.
• Identify, document, and escalate any customer concerns or unresolved issues.
• Inform customers about upcoming satisfaction surveys and encourage feedback.
• Record call outcomes and feedback accurately in internal systems.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with strong spoken communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or similar support roles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
