Senior Unity Developer

About the role

Plummy Games is building a brand‑new mobile free‑to‑play game from scratch. As a Senior Unity Developer you will work directly with the CTO to define the technical foundation, ensuring the client is scalable, live‑ops ready, and maintainable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Unity client for iOS and Android.
• Design a modular architecture that separates gameplay logic from presentation.
• Integrate remote‑config, feature flags, A/B testing, analytics and live‑event systems.
• Build reusable UI components for dynamic live‑ops content.
• Implement observability, crash‑reporting and monitoring pipelines.
• Collaborate with backend, design and live‑ops teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Unity development experience.
• Proven track record shipping live mobile games on iOS and Android.
• Strong C# fundamentals and solid software architecture skills.
• Experience with free‑to‑play casual/puzzle titles and live‑ops systems.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team with high ownership.
