Infrastructure Engineer (Windows/Linux)

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with hands‑on experience in administering enterprise Windows and Linux environments. The role is fully remote and involves maintaining hybrid infrastructure, ensuring system stability, and solving complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop hybrid Windows/Linux infrastructure, including bare‑metal servers.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of critical systems.
• Manage multi‑domain Active Directory, users, permissions, and Group Policy Objects.
• Administer VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, vSAN) and Proxmox VE virtual servers.
• Maintain RDS Farm and FSLogix profiles for 100+ remote workstations.
• Configure and monitor services with Zabbix, DNS, and DHCP.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and scale infrastructure as product needs evolve.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar infrastructure role.
• Proven hands‑on experience with the listed technologies, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail.
