Senior Software Engineer - Go Integrations

About the role

Reco helps security teams govern autonomous AI activity by securing AI agents and their environments, where applications, identities, permissions and workflows intersect. As a Senior Software Engineer you will build and maintain Go services and API integrations that help Reco secure AI agents and their environments, working closely with Product, Tech Leads and DevOps on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Client Services, Tech Leads and the CTO to understand integration requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain high-quality API integrations between Reco.ai and third-party SaaS tools using Go.
• Ensure the reliability, performance and security of integrations by following best practices and industry standards.
• Work with DevOps teams to deploy and manage integrations on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues so service remains uninterrupted.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve integration processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience building scalable, highly available services, REST APIs and microservices, with features such as extraction intervals, rate limits and error handling.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle experience, including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, code review, deployment, documentation, debugging and refactoring.
• Team player ready to learn from and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Go (latest versions preferred).
• Experience with services hosted on AWS or other cloud providers is beneficial.
