QA Engineer – Mobile Game Testing

About the role

Plummy Games is a product-driven mobile gaming company behind the F2P Merge-3 title Star Merge. Its Chișinău office is hiring a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and functionality of the game, working closely with developers and designers to find issues and deliver smooth gameplay.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to identify defects and verify game functionality
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects
• Document test results and communicate issues to development teams
• Take part in software releases
• Test the game on multiple devices and platforms
• Give feedback on gameplay mechanics, UI and player experience
• Help improve game development processes

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
• Good written and verbal communication, including English
• Analytical, problem-solving and independent work skills
• Adaptable, tech-savvy and interested in new technologies and AI tools for testing
