About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Specialist to handle inbound leads, communicate with clients via multiple channels, and close deals for our beauty‑industry services. The position is remote but requires working New York hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).

Key responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads and client messages across WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, and email.
Present services, guide clients through booking and payment, and handle objections.
Maintain daily short reports on contacts made, bookings, and sales.

Required profile

Proven sales experience, preferably in beauty or services.
Fluent in both English and Russian with strong communication skills.
Confident closer mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

Laptop with reliable internet connection.
Headset for calls and chats.

What we offer

Remote full‑time work (9 AM–5 PM EST).
Compensation package consisting of base salary plus bonuses/commission, dependent on experience.
