Operations Analyst - Supply (Moldova)

About the role

Glovo is looking for an Operations Analyst - Supply to optimize 3PL fleet quality and performance in Chisinau and Balti. The role works with data and with 3PL partners to keep courier performance, compliance standards and operational reporting at the level the business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data in depth to find trends, opportunities and pain points in supply operations, such as order delivery time, courier dispatch time, partner preparation and acceptance times and customer ratings.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights for strategic decisions and operational improvements for couriers and partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and supply performance metrics.
• Share insights with stakeholders and influence changes that improve supply and partner efficiency and satisfaction.
• Use data to build strong relationships with partners and couriers and to work closely with other operations teams.

Required profile

• Experience in data, business or operations analytics; experience in transportation, delivery or logistics is a plus.
• Fluent Romanian and Russian; English (at least B2) for daily communication.
• Clear communication skills, able to explain analytical findings to non-technical partners.
• Independent mindset with curiosity and initiative.

Required skills

• Solid practical SQL skills (queries, joins, aggregations, data extraction).
• Dashboards in Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Google Sheets / MS Excel for ad-hoc analysis.
• Nice to have: basic Python (pandas), GCP, BQ or automation, prior exposure to delivery apps, e-commerce or supply chain metrics, and use of AI tools.
