Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is seeking a senior full‑stack product engineer who will turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You will work closely with founders, designers and operators to identify priorities, build solutions and iterate based on user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams.
• Build end‑to‑end features from idea through frontend, backend, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Create intuitive user experiences in partnership with designers.
• Develop event‑driven automations that eliminate repetitive work.
• Implement AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents.
• Design and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Solve operational challenges like real‑time reservation sync, dynamic pricing, smart‑lock access and automated guest communication.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, and continuously improve shipped features.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI or comparable technologies.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, integrations and cloud architecture.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature.
• Confidence collaborating directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Independent work style, bias toward shipping, learning and iterating.
