Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer who wants to build systems that solve real problems at scale. You’ll build, ship, automate, and deliver products that directly impact property managers, their teams, and their guests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale the Core Platform, designing APIs and services for reservations, pricing, payments, and operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
• Develop AI‑powered systems using LLMs and agents to automate guest interactions, maintenance triage, and pricing decisions.
• Create and maintain integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google and other ecosystem partners.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance at global scale.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Python, React or comparable frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and balance speed with reliability.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
