Product Engineer – AI Platform for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Product Engineer you will work directly with founders, designers and property managers to turn real customer problems into reliable, intuitive software that automates the rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship customer‑facing features, operational dashboards and AI‑powered workflows that automate reservations, cleaning, payments and reporting.
• Build event‑driven automation engines that eliminate repetitive tasks such as scheduling cleanings or sending check‑in instructions.
• Develop AI‑driven capabilities using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing support.
• Create and maintain robust APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Measure product impact through user feedback, usage data and operational results, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and a bias toward shipping, learning and iterating.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency within the short‑term rental industry.
