Technical Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead delivery of complex infrastructure and platform initiatives for a global data‑center provider. You will translate ambiguous technical concepts into structured plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with portfolio priorities and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of platform engineering and infrastructure projects, including planning, sequencing, risk management and status reporting.
• Build and maintain milestone schedules and work breakdown structures across design, procurement, installation, testing and handover.
• Collaborate with vendors, architects and infrastructure teams to gather site requirements, review designs, resolve gaps and validate timelines.
• Coordinate contractors and external partners for site delivery activities such as structured cabling, systems integration and ISP circuit provisioning.
• Break down technical initiatives into epics, work packages and sprint‑sized tasks, tracking progress in Jira.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience, preferably with infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Strong practical experience with Agile delivery and running Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work with both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams, align multiple stakeholders and handle ambiguous, parallel workstreams.
