Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Chișinău

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Recruiter position is based in Chișinău, Moldova. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, maintain organized applicant tracking, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and follow‑up interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized applicant tracking system, ensure timely communication with candidates, and support a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs, update job descriptions, participate in employer branding initiatives, and prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, support onboarding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to conduct structured, unbiased interviews.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple open positions and deadlines.
• Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and uphold inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Romanian and strong English skills; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate or agency recruiting is highly beneficial.
