Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our growing international cleaning company. The position is full‑time and fully remote, requiring fluency in Russian and English and at least two years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Publish vacancy announcements and detailed job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, and outbound calls.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage selection stages.
• Maintain a talent pool and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and certification of new office staff.
• Support corporate culture initiatives, organize internal events and employee recognitions.

Required profile

• Russian C1 and English B2 (or higher) language proficiency.
• Minimum two years of HR experience, including recruitment and mass hiring.
• Higher education degree.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
