HR Manager – Fintech Division

About the role

Dyninno is seeking an HR Manager for its fintech business division, operating as an electronic money institution. You will partner with the Executive Team and Co‑Founder to build high‑performance teams, focusing initially on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR processes and policies aligned with company goals.
• Manage HR budget, compensation programs, KPI and bonus schemes.
• Lead talent acquisition, set up recruitment processes and oversee hiring decisions.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to the Executive Team and employees at all levels.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a high‑performance culture.
• Analyze HR metrics, identify improvement areas and implement strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, Finance, Compliance and cross‑functional teams across locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Director with a track record of strategic initiatives.
• Experience in fintech or e‑money institutions is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and L&D.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies, processes and budgets.
• Understanding of compliance requirements, employment law and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, very good English and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
