IT Specialist (24/7 NOC Analyst)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our global NOC team. As the first point of contact for production alerts, you will monitor a mission‑critical cloud environment, perform initial triage, and ensure rapid incident resolution while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary responder for production alerts and incidents.
• Monitor system health using Datadog, LogicMonitor or similar tools.
• Analyze logs, metrics and traces to assess incident scope and impact.
• Manage the incident lifecycle: triage, prioritisation, escalation and resolution.
• Execute operational tasks such as failover procedures and strategic maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders during incident response.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support or incident management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain 24/7 shift coverage.
• Understanding of security best practices.
