Assistant Brand Manager – Crochet & Knit (Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of Hooks & Needles, its crochet and knitting D2C brand. The role is fully remote within the EU and involves coordinating product development, customer insights, and marketing activities to ensure the brand runs smoothly and continues to delight its community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product development by reviewing patterns, instructions and content for accuracy, and collaborating with creators and internal teams.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, identify trends and translate insights into product or experience improvements.
• Monitor crochet and knitting market trends, research new ideas and opportunities for the brand.
• Support customer service and community management by answering product‑related questions and tracking conversations.
• Help execute marketing campaigns, source creative assets and contribute to product storytelling.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and routine tasks, proposing smarter ways of working.

Required profile

• Extreme attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
• Independent, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
• Curious, open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of crochet or knitting is a strong advantage.
