Travel Sales Agent

About the role

KIVORK, an online travel agency with 10 years of experience serving customers worldwide, is hiring experienced Travel Sales Agents in Chișinău. Experienced agents earn 3,000–5,000 per month, with no cap on commission. The work is done in a modern office in the centre of Chișinău.

Key responsibilities

• Turn customer inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Recommend routes, fares and travel options suited to each customer's needs
• Sell airline tickets, upgrades and a wide range of additional travel products
• Explain booking conditions clearly and accurately
• Handle objections and follow up to close the sale
• Work with internal teams to resolve booking issues

Required profile

• 1+ year of airline ticket sales experience (mandatory)
• English at B2+ level, spoken and written
• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
• Discipline to manage several inquiries and follow-ups at once
• No GDS experience needed: training is provided
