Technical Product Manager - Anti-Fraud & Compliance Platform

About the role

This role combines product ownership with hands-on technical oversight of an anti-fraud and compliance platform. You will turn business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, define and run the product strategy, and work closely with legal and compliance teams to deliver secure, compliant products.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define and execute product strategy, write technical specifications and manage product roadmaps
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant delivery
• Enhance compliance and fraud-detection systems with advanced analytics and machine learning
• Oversee agile development: write user stories, manage sprints and drive continuous delivery with engineering
• Support the design, development and delivery of complex, backend-intensive systems
• Integrate machine learning and data-driven approaches into the team's and company strategy

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles
• Experience building products in risk, fraud detection, compliance or security domains
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering through the full product lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong communication skills (English C1+)

Required skills

• Product discovery and problem framing
• APIs, SQL, data pipelines and basic technical specifications
• Preferred: understanding of fraud vectors, KYC, AML, OFAC, GDPR; fintech, payments or identity verification regulation
• Preferred: Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, Go.NET or Python
