Senior Full-Stack Developer – Python, Java & React

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join the Application team of our partner company. You will build, refine, and maintain high‑performance web applications while creating secure back‑end systems and intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high‑performance user experience.
• Enhance the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing systems.
• Implement pixel‑perfect UI/UX from Figma designs, translating them into production‑ready code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, another developer, and the QA team to guarantee smooth integration and high code quality.
• Design and maintain secure back‑end logic and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing website built on WordPress.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in both frontend (React, preferably Next.js) and backend (Python and Java) technologies.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver pixel‑perfect UI using Figma.
• Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization.
• Excellent team player with a growth mindset and ability to adopt AI tools for productivity.
