Senior Program Manager

About the role

Avenga is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to lead the integration of a client’s product portfolio across multiple regions. You will own key program streams, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a major stream of the Product Integration program, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams in the USA, India, EU, UK, and USA.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact integration success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, preferably in software product integration.
• Strong project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, and cloud optimization.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus.
