Remote Call Center Representative (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to work remotely full‑time, handling both inbound and outbound calls for our US and Canada insurance market. You will engage with prospects, qualify leads, and support administrative tasks while maintaining a professional virtual presence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and perform live transfers.
• Qualify prospects, resolve client queries, and manage objections.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records up to date.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client communications.

Required profile

• Desktop or laptop with a minimum CPU score of 5000 (AMD Ryzen or Intel i5 8th Gen or higher) and at least 8 GB RAM; Windows 11 or recent macOS.
• Fiber‑optic internet connection.
• Availability for 8‑9 hour shifts, five days a week, within EST business hours (9 AM – 9 PM EST).
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable handling objections and thriving in a fast‑paced virtual environment.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (for spreadsheet preparation and data management).

What we offer

• Base monthly salary of USD 700.
• Performance‑based bonuses up to USD 500 per month.
