About the role

ODN Recruitment, a European staffing firm, is looking for a proactive Recruiter/Candidate Coordinator who speaks Polish fluently. The position is fully remote and operates on a B2B basis, supporting recruitment for clients in the Netherlands and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source candidates for current vacancies using various channels.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other platforms.
• Conduct short screening interviews and perform preliminary candidate selection.
• Present job offers and employment conditions to candidates.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain contact with candidates and monitor their readiness to relocate.
• Record essential information and produce recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Polish language proficiency at C1/C2 level (mandatory).
• Basic conversational English sufficient for daily work interactions.
• Strong communication skills, independence, responsibility, and organization.
• Comfortable using computers and online tools.
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or work with Polish/European companies is a plus.
