Country Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to establish and lead our new office in Moldova. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing recruitment team, setting operational standards, and driving the office’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard a local team of recruiters.
• Define the office’s culture, pace, and daily operating standards.
• Coach and manage recruiters to improve outreach, screening, and closing techniques.
• Own the office’s results, ensuring delivery of quality hires.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all office‑related needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency, in‑house, or freelance).
• Leadership experience, such as mentoring or managing a team.
• Strong instinct for identifying top talent and effective recruiters.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take accountability for team outcomes.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working hands‑on during the startup phase.
