Outbound Call Sales Agent – Russian Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Call Sales Agent who speaks Russian and English to join our remote team at Best Service Team (BST). In this position you will contact potential B2B clients in CIS markets (excluding Russia), present our digital service solutions and help build long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in the Russian‑speaking market, introducing BST’s products and services.
• Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions and close sales.
• Record all interactions, leads and outcomes in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve sales tactics.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on offerings and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales or a customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
