Mid-level Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Project Manager to lead the design, development and rollout of internal systems and business processes for INFUSE, a global demand‑generation agency. The role is fully remote and operates on a contract basis, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end internal project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions and implementing processes.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to translate needs into actionable project requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead the implementation of new tools, products or processes into existing workflows.
• Drive change‑management activities, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining smooth execution.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and business outcomes.
• Collect and analyse data to support decision‑making and solution proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management and process implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
