About the role

Granier is expanding its custom cake and candy bar division and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of this new line. You will be responsible for building and managing a high‑performing sales team, developing market strategies, and driving revenue in the confectionery segment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team focused on custom cakes and candy bar services.
• Define and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and nurture relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust tactics based on data insights.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
