IT Recruiter & HR Generalist (Tech Talent & Employee Experience)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing IT outstaffing company looking for a versatile professional who will own end‑to‑end tech recruitment while also shaping a supportive internal culture. You will work closely with clients and hiring managers to attract top‑tier talent and ensure a smooth employee experience for our outstaffed specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Project Managers, and Solution Architects.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, job boards and AI‑driven sourcing tools.
• Collaborate with external clients and internal hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas.
• Conduct initial HR interviews, assess soft skills, English proficiency and cultural fit, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Handle offer negotiations, contract terms and guide candidates through acceptance.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future outstaffing needs.
• Design and deliver seamless onboarding and off‑boarding experiences, including tool setup and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and time‑off tracking.
• Organise team‑building activities and corporate events to foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or combined HR/Recruitment role in a software house, agency or outstaffing environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks and recruitment methodologies.
• Experience sourcing for international clients and working across cultures.
• Advanced English (written and spoken); proficiency in Romanian and Russian for local candidate interactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and emotional‑intelligence skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
