Human Resources Office Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Office Manager will lead all HR activities and support office operations for a premium travel solutions provider. Based in Chișinău, this full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee development while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local labor regulations.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Support training and development initiatives, organizing learning sessions and tracking progress.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate regular HR reports for leadership.
• Oversee daily office workflows, ensuring an efficient and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions and HR management.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, HR policies, and compliance.
• Experience delivering or coordinating training and development programs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support diverse staff members.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS).
