Head of International Call Center / Sales Department

About the role

The company is seeking a senior leader to head its International Call Center and Sales Department. The role combines strategic oversight of call‑center operations with the management of a sales team, ensuring alignment with commercial goals across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and monitor the performance of the international sales and call‑center teams.
• Validate commercial processes, generate and review regular performance reports.
• Approve staffing plans, budgets and year‑end financial results.
• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training and professional development of department staff.
• Motivate employees, conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement actions.
• Analyse results and produce periodic departmental reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an international call centre and/or sales department.
• Fluent English; Italian is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and develop sales teams.
