Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

Scrambly is seeking a dynamic Head of Brand Marketing to transform its brand from a performance‑focused name into a market‑talked‑about leader. You will own the entire brand experience, from strategy and tone of voice to design, content, and events, while rapidly growing our LinkedIn and newsletter audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity.
• Grow Scrambly’s LinkedIn following dramatically and create a compelling, industry‑relevant feed.
• Launch and nurture a newsletter audience from scratch through the B2B site and content.
• Produce a steady stream of high‑impact industry reports, case studies, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Document and enforce the brand’s tone of voice across all channels.
• Plan, organize, and run marquee corporate events, including booth management.
• Leverage AI tools daily for research, content creation, and production.
• Report audience growth, engagement, and output metrics on a tight cadence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand, content, or marketing roles, preferably at B2B product companies.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling owned audiences.
• Strong eye for clean, high‑quality B2B design and messaging.
• Hands‑on experience creating reports, case studies, posts, and newsletters.
