Account Manager (Chinese speaker)

About the role

Scrambly is looking for a bilingual Account Manager to manage relationships with gaming advertisers and drive campaign performance. You will be the main point of contact for partners, handling technical setup, optimization, and strategic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage data sets to optimize multi‑reward campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring campaign success.
• Communicate effectively with advertisers to identify opportunities and enhance partnerships.
• Onboard new advertisers and guide them through technical setup.
• Assess the competitive landscape and find ways to increase revenue.
• Provide regular project updates and address challenges as they arise.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in account management, sales or related fields.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Solid analytical skills with confidence working with numbers and data.
• Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
• Great problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, autonomous work style.
• High proficiency in English (B2+ written and spoken).
• Native Chinese speaker.
