Fullstack Technical Lead (React.js, Node.js)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of high‑quality software solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Write efficient, testable, scalable, and secure code for client applications.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and requirement gathering activities.
• Present developed features and gather feedback from clients.
• Execute complex tasks following established methodologies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to address user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Engage in agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Mentor peers through Communities of Practice and project teams.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from concept through deployment within defined architecture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a React developer.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Deep understanding of frontend concepts, state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid grasp of Object‑Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and high‑level design (UML, C4, ArchiMate).
• Proven ability to build well‑tested, scalable, enterprise‑level systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
• Good command of English.
