Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage EU citizens interested in blue‑collar positions.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality candidate pool using social media and automation tools.
• Select vacancies that match your strengths and focus your sourcing efforts.
• Collaborate with the HireAbroad team to refine sourcing processes and improve placement results.

Required profile

• Strong ability to grow candidate pools via social channels.
• Excellent people skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Tech‑savvy and open to using automation tools (training provided).
• Good command of English; additional EU languages are a plus.
• Motivation to build an independent business and earn based on results.
